Your responsibilities and our expectations.

Initiate and maintain strong relationships with human resources leadership of large companies to build GWYGA's community.

Adeptly identify the organisational needs of potential partners for nonprofit and social enterprise community, helping vet and select high-impact, high-potential organisations.

Communicate GWYGA's value proposition succinctly and effectively.

Strategically develop a healthy pipeline of high-quality organisations that would benefit from the contributions of our professional community.

Set aggressive personal goals to exceed targets for outreach.

Compensation & Benefits

Three month paid trial for all new hires.

Following completion of a commission based (30% of everything you sell) the base salary is £32,000 and a full range of comprehensive benefit. 

You will report directly to the Senior Management Team.
