Social Innovation Tours

An innovation tour is a 3 day learning journey in which a group will explore and gain an understanding of a particular social issue.

An innovation tour is not a conference, or a series of stuffy meetings and handshakes. You will meet key stakeholders, hand-picked by GWYGA in their own territory—explore social innovation and take part in activities. Every learning experience includes field visits to social projects, and provides hands-on experiences and active participation opportunities to group members.

We offer ten focused learning experiences looking at:

Child poverty

Education

Employability

Environment

Food

Health

Homelessness

Poverty Alleviation

Aging innovation

Women's Issues

You're meet start-ups, charities and activists, engaged in the area of interest. It is not simply an opportunity for exposure to the people with creativity and momentum, but rather a chance to have an equal conversation and a genuine exchange in an intimate setting.

Join the next innovation tour looking at employment in Wales.
