ABOUT US

Give What You're Good At (GWYGA) strengthens communities by making it easier for good companies and good causes to connect. The organisation offers a variety of online and offline services to support business leaders committed to civic engagement through skills based volunteering.

Our amazing community tell our story best - Hear from our partners, clients, volunteers and charity members at our House of Commons Launch Party.

WHAT WE DO

We partners with the world’s smartest organisations to affect massive social change.

We deliver learning and development services which positively impact the community and have huge ROI's for our clients.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

We help employees make the biggest difference with their time. We optimisme app sign-up through our award winning Mission: Difference away day.

TWO VALUES WE NEVER COMPRISE

1. Every interaction we facilitate is designed to build cause capacity.

2. We do not work with companies whose primary motivation is public relations.

THE PLATFORM CONCEPT

Charitable organisations are working with fewer resources than ever. We asked 4,000 charities and social enterprises about the challenges they face. We package these needs into discrete projects to be undertaken by a professional volunteer. All our projects build capacity, so that a charity can focus on doing what it's good at.

We added Quick Projects in response to charities feedback. Charities can now find a professional to help them the same day. Download an independent references for your trustees.

WHY GIVE YOUR SKILLS THROUGH US

We'll only ever connect you to a cause you care about. Create an account, tell us about your skills and interests - we deliver your matches to your inbox. You'll make a big impact with your limited time. You'll build your professional experience, make new contacts and harness skills; all whilst serving a cause you care about.  We even show you the difference you made. See 'Your Impact' on your dashboard.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL

We generate revenue from a range award winning learning and development services and not our users.

Give What You're Good At could be "huge" says Nick Hurd, The Cabinet Minister for Civil Society.
